Luckily, today I’m gonna share with you Free Green Leaf Garden Invitation Templates to make you host the party easily!
During the Spring and Summer, I enjoy arranging informal get-togethers outside, and it’s even more fun and challenging to do it on a budget.
Do you want to throw a low-cost outdoor party? These low-cost ideas will add a touch of class to your outdoor party.
Because our lilacs are in bloom at the moment, I utilized them as inspiration and for the majority of the decorations for this small garden party on my porch.
I adore the way lilacs look and smell, and adding fresh flowers to any celebration will always make it feel more formal. Put whatever flowers are currently blooming in little jars or vases on your table – even one or two blooms will make an impact!
Keep a Simple Menu
It’s always a good time when we eat together outside with neighbors and friends, whether we’re having an elaborate meal or just plain ol’ hamburgers.
By keeping your garden party food basic, you’ll be able to relax and enjoy the time more readily.
I grabbed cupcakes from the grocery store and dressed them up with blackberries and lilacs for this charming garden party arrangement. They appear to be gorgeous, but they were quite simple to make.
In a pretty pitcher, provide filtered water
Everyone enjoys drinking clean, good-tasting water, and you can make it even more special by presenting it in a lovely pitcher you’ve made yourself. Brita’s Pitchers may be decorated to match your personality and decor this summer, so you can stay inspired while staying hydrated!
Two free paint markers will be included with the purchase of certain Brita Pitchers for a limited time, making it simple to customise with stunning art to match your summer decor.
To fit with my fresh and beautiful lilac motif, I sketched some lilacs on my Brita Pitcher for my party.
Use Low-Cost Paper Plates and Napkins in Attractive Colors
For outdoor gatherings, I prefer paper plates and napkins because they are easy to break and inexpensive. Online and at inexpensive party stores, look for plates and napkins in colors and designs that fit your garden party theme. I spotted my beautiful paper plates on the internet and fell in love with the floral and gold design, which made them feel both joyful and classy.
Use Candles and Twinkle Lights to Create a Mood
You may have noticed that string lights and candles feature prominently in almost all of my design, but they’re especially vital for an outdoor dining setting.
A few inexpensive votive candles in glass votive holders will instantly add glitz and glam to your backyard bash. Your party will feel special and cozy if you thread lights from your porch or patio ceiling and use wire string lights in lanterns on your table.
These budget-friendly ideas can help you plan a beautiful and elegant garden party this summer. This season, I’m looking forward to hosting guests and enjoying each other’s company while dining al fresco!
Use the Smart Stuff Outside
My acquaintance fantasizes about having a hillside picnic with family silver, ironed damask napkins, chandeliers, and the finest bone china. Though my china and candlesticks are mostly from charity shops and car boot sales, I understand what he means.
Things should not be broken or damaged simply because they are utilized outside. I like the contrast of utilizing anything clever in the yard — I believe our wedding present wine glasses are the smartest thing we have.
For A Seasonal Summer Feel, Purchase Locally Grown Flowers
When it comes to outdoor party decorations, flowers are the first thing that comes to mind.
I had vague plans to cultivate my own flowers when we originally started planning this party. It’s a good thing I didn’t do it because the current warmth would have fried them.
So we headed to Anna’s Country Flowers, a local flower farmer just a few miles away, for some ‘choose your own’ flowers.

Garden Party Ideas to Mix It Up
We combined basic white leased tablecloths with three large round tablecloths we already had when we erected a marquee for a celebration in our garden two years ago. It gave the marquee a pop of color, and it didn’t matter that the tablecloths didn’t match.
Best Intents provided ten white tablecloths, and I provided two large circle cloths. A friend also loaned me a tablecloth.
Even though we didn’t have ten different colored tablecloths and none of them coordinated, having just three brought a splash of color to the party decor.
