Party Decorations
For this enormous party, big white tents with plenty of chairs were set up! The evening’s color was black, and everything, notably the honored guest and her family, looked picture perfect!
Black and chevron were two aspects that helped to make this large gathering both modern and stylish.
Tall lamps in the upscale seating area with white couches, red tables, and exquisite chandeliers hung from the sky were among the black and white features that were stunning.
Dessert Table
With black, white, and green florals and sweets arrayed in circles in the background, the playful and modern dessert table looked stunning. This is something we’ve never seen before! What a fantastic backdrop and way to highlight all of the delectable desserts!
What a great way for guests to unwind and interact in this beautiful seating area! It has the appearance of something you’d find in a Vegas nightclub!
Pretty white decorative vases with red roses and red candles graced tables with black tablecloths.
Bar Decorations
The bar was just wonderful. It was a real eye-catcher, being in the midst of the room. To match the theme, the bar was draped in black chevron. For more seating, black and white bar stools were positioned around the bar, and the barrels with florals as a backdrop looked fantastic!
I really like how the barrels attract your eye! Behind the bar, there’s such a lively factor. This party’s decor would be ideal for a wedding, rehearsal dinner, engagement party, or birthday celebration!
Drink Station
I wanted to make fun coasters that matched the theme because no party is complete without a fun drink station. To give it a more personalized aspect, I like the idea of mixing in some personal images with the party decor. I’ve made all of these images free to download so you may design your own versions of these products by simply adding a couple of your own photos.
Memory Timeline
With a memory timeline, you may share happy memories and honor your graduate’s accomplishments from kindergarten to graduation. Use clothespins to hang significant photos from a string or a clothesline (if your party is indoors, attach to twine or ribbon and hang from a mantel or across a wall).
Graduation Party Activities
Graduation celebrations don’t have to be boring events. With one of these enjoyable activities, you can still honor the graduate while having a fantastic time.
I’ve compiled a list of fantastic graduation games and other ideas and divided them into categories for you to choose from based on your graduate’s interests, your level of craziness, and more!
I Remember When
This is a touching and sweet game. One lunch bag per person is required, as well as writing paper and pens. Set up the bags and paper so that each guest can write down a memory of the other guests and store it in their bag. Make it clear to your guests that only pleasant things should be shared.
Talent Show
A talent show offers a respite from the usual graduation party games by allowing everyone to enjoy a drink and watch the entertainment. Prepare a stage with lighting (if possible) and music tailored to each act. In the party invitations, you can ask the guests to bring something and give them a theme if you want.
Dance Competition
Create a dancing floor. Play music that fits the party’s theme. Guests are required to dance with a judge who will be eliminating persons as the music progresses. The couple or person who is remaining on the floor at the end of the game wins. Games for a graduation party that are both entertaining and educational.
Limbo
An old favorite has been introduced! While the guests wait in line to bend backwards low enough to fit beneath the limbo pole, play some amusing music (broom handle, yardstick, etc.). The limbo master must not contact the stick or fall on the floor while limbo-ing under the stick in order to win (which is usually held by 2 people).
Graduation Party Cakes
When you need to feed a huge group, you’ll need something significant. A flat cake is also easier to carry if your gathering is not at the bakery where the cake was produced.
Make a chocolate fondant graduation hat out of a sheet cake and carve it into a letter. They’ve put in a lot of effort to get your degree, so reward them with a cake that’s virtually as amazing as their achievements! With a fondant topping, this elegant letter cake is finished.
A three-tiered graduation cake is also an excellent party centerpiece!
This beautiful and gorgeous basic circular black and gold graduation cake has a timeless design. All you have to do is bake a wonderful layer cake and decorate it with a banner. If you’re feeling ambitious, make a two-tiered version.
