We adore this fun Monster’s High tablecloth, which serves as the ideal backdrop for our dessert celebration. A gorgeous background is another fantastic addition to any dessert table. Party napkins were used to make this one. We just hung the napkins in a row.
We are quite satisfied with the results. It’s the ideal place for Monster High’s Happy Birthday banner, which is larger than life. It’s an excellent way to begin a birthday celebration.

In the center of the table, I glittered paper mache letters for “FAB,” then designed paper talk bubbles to print and cut for “Freaky” and “Fun.” DIY paper chain garlands hung over the table, adding a playful touch.
Using the dolls in your treat displays is a terrific way to suddenly change the look of your dessert table! I arranged the Getting Ghostly Twyla and Draculaura dolls on plates of rock candy sticks and made little paper banners for them to grasp.
The bulk of the desserts on the table were store-bought or “semi DIY,” which means you buy a ready-made dessert from the grocery store and tweak it a little to make it fit your theme, such as the cupcakes below.
I got simple pink and blue cupcakes from my local grocery shop and decorated them with Monster High Icing Decorations and huge pink heart sprinkles.

Monster High Dance Competition
Play the Monster High theme tune and let all of the girls show off their fantastic insane monster dance routines, but when the music stops, everyone must cease moving.
Any player that moves is eliminated from the game until the next round. Continue to play until just one dancer is left. She is crowned the Monster Ball’s Queen.
Fear Squad Tryouts
It’s time to practice for the fear squad, so get your pom poms ready. Fear squad is a well-known group. What the Fear Squad Captain, Cleo De Nile, is up to! Players take turns as Cleo and make up cheer motions in this party game.
It’s up to the other players to see who can repeat the move. In a Simon Says adaptation, this might also be used. When Cleo begins her directions with “Cleo Says,” players must follow her orders.
Monster Celebrity Head
This is a simple game that works well as a pre-game warm-up. The names of the Monster High characters should be written on the envelope labels.
Each girl is given a sticker to paste on her forehead, and she is allowed to ask questions and receive a YES or NO response. If they get a NO, the following player asks a question to figure out which Monster High Character they are.
Birthday Cakes
Without a cake, no party is complete. When you decorate mini cakes with Monster High Ghouls, candles, and sprinkles, you’ll be sure to wow your guests!
We enjoy dessert tables with a variety of choices, so cupcakes were a must! Our pink glitter cupcake wrappers added just the right amount of ghoulishness to them!
Our cookies were also topped with the same hearts. Simply glue them on with a dab of icing on the backs. They simply add a special touch to our favorite cookies!
