Raya and the Last Dragon Birthday Party Ideas
Have you seen Raya and the Last Dragon yet? This year, Disney’s latest film is expected to be a popular party theme. Check out some of my decoration, food, and craft ideas for a memorable and enjoyable birthday party!
Raya and The Lost Dragon have taken Disney by storm. Disney’s latest movie is a huge success which means many little ones are now asking for a Raya birthday party. It’s hard to find Raya party decorations in stores but I scoured the internet to find all the best Raya party ideas I could find.
Party Decorations
I made the centerpiece with purple, white, and green flowers from Trader Joe’s. In the center of the arrangement, I placed a glass ball to represent the Dragon Gem.
I used paper palm leaves as a placemat and gold/navy blue plates for the table settings.
Party Foods
Raya and the Last Dragon was set in Kumandra, which was inspired by Southeast Asia. In line with the theme of this birthday party, I prepared several Indonesian favorites for our kids, such as satay chicken skewers with peanut sauce, fried rice, and fried noodles.
I made a Sisu punch with blue Hawaiian Punch, Sprite, and rainbow sherbet. The Baskin Robbins sherbet has the perfect hues to imitate Sisu – blue, pink, and green! I finished it off with lovely palm tree drink choices.
Party Activities
These dragons are a simple craft idea for a Raya party. Toilet paper rolls, construction paper, tissue paper, glue, fuzzy puff balls, and crafts eyes are all required.
We began by wrapping the toilet paper roll in craft paper and gluing it together. Then, glue tissue paper strips to the inside of one side. Glue the fluffy puff balls for nostrils and eyeballs on top.
Birthday Cakes
The cake from my local store was amazing, and we loved that they personalized it with her name! Their designs never cease to astound me, and the food is fantastic!
Rock Paper Scissors in Franklin also blows up our balloons. They also have the cutest balloon accessories, and we went with the lovely fringe on the ends!
Party Costumes
Ask everyone to dress up like their favorite character from the movie and then toss on a swimsuit later to burn off energy. Can you imagine all the fun the little Rayas and Sisus will have at this party?
