We now have Max and Ruby birthday invitations based on the popular children’s television series. Our invitations depict Max and her older sister Ruby in an outdoor setting.
This invitation is fairly straightforward, with the two characters and a rainbow and clouds in the background. It’s completely customizable, and you can change the wording to whatever you want.
Birthday invitations are the first look at the big event. They’re the first taste of what’s to come, and they kind of set the standard.
While it is not necessary to go overboard with your birthday invitations, it is critical to use them as an opportunity to decide on your birthday colors, theme, and other details.

Max and Ruby Party Ideas
If you have a little one who loves Max & Ruby, celebrate his birthday this year with some funny bunny cookies and simple Max and Ruby birthday decorations. With bright bold colors and a simple tutorial…you will be setting up the party of your little ones dreams in no time!
Party Decorations
Make the party room colorful with pastels and touches of primary colors (red, blue and green). Hang streamers from the ceiling and tape balloons to the table’s corners, or fill balloons with helium and float them from a balloon weight in the center of the table.
Tie helium balloons to the outside railing or your front gate. It’s always easier to welcome first-time guests with bright colors than to have parents drive up and down your street squinting for house numbers, so this is as much a courtesy on your part as it is decor.
A personalized banner is a lovely addition that your child will adore. Buy one or make your own. Of course, you should use a Max & Ruby background. Look for images to decorate the banner online; you should be able to find plenty of party-style images of the bunny siblings (Max definitely loves to party!).
Insert an enlarged photo of your child and print “Happy Birthday (child’s name)!” Print and hang in a fun font.
Party Foods Ideas
Look for rabbit cookie cutters online or ask at your closest baking supplies store. Also choose cookies in the shape of flowers, which Ruby loves, and worms, which Max thinks are great; for these, you can simply roll dough into small coils, lay in wavy patterns on a cookie sheet and bake, then frost pink.
Max and Ruby’s Grandma likes to make theirs “with a hint of mint.” Don’t go crazy on the mint flavoring; very small children may be overwhelmed by the flavor.
You can also serve a bunny-shaped cake. Check online at Amazon for a Wilton cake pan. Bake, and frost in Ruby’s or Max’s face shape — these can be done in simple line drawings with icing.
