Party Decorations
This amazing water gossamer is possibly the best (and cheapest) party investment you’ll ever make. It comes in three different watery patterns and may be used to coat furniture, walls, ceilings, tables, and other surfaces to change them into a cool ocean quickly and simply.
Cut out the shape of a boat’s underbelly from brown bulletin board paper (or a refrigerator box) and hang it from the ceiling. Hang a poster-board anchor from the boat with a rope. A fishing rod with a fishing line and a plastic worm swinging from it should also be hung from the boat’s side.
To create the appearance of being under the water, hang teal, royal blue, sea-green, and light blue crepe paper streamers of varied lengths from the ceiling (you can glue cut-out fish to the ends and middles of these strips).
You can also hang fishnets with fish cutouts and other sea-life creatures on them. There are some really nice clear (see-through) shower curtains with a lot of sea creatures on them.
Only fish shower curtains, dolphins, sea stars, and seahorses are available. You can buy a few and use one as a doormat while the rest are used as tablecloths.
