During their summer vacation, Phineas and Ferb go on numerous excursions while attempting to keep their sister from meddling with their plans. Continue reading to learn about the party ideas.
Party Foods Ideas
I didn’t serve pizza during the party, but I did serve cake and ice cream. I used a huge top cupcake pan since I didn’t think Phineas and Ferb would ever have something as mundane as a normal old layer cake. I also borrowed a trick from a friend and colored the batter four different colors before swirling it together to make the completed cupcake seem marbled and cool.
Then, using a pastry bag fitted with a wide star tip, I piped orange frosting onto the top, topped it with colorful sprinkles, and it looked like a giant cupcake. If the prospect of a big cupcake concerns you, you could always buy one from a bakery.
Party Games
I’m a great lover of enjoyable, doable, and imaginative games and activities. You may always send them back to this one if there is a lull in activities.
Where’s Perry Scavenger Hunt
If you’ve ever watched the program, you’ll notice that Phineas constantly asks, “Where’s Perry?” at the beginning of each episode, which inspired me.
I bought several Phineas and Ferb tattoos and put them around my apartment for the kids to find. Everyone who discovered at least three won (which is everyone) and got to keep the tattoos as a prize. We played the soundtrack’s Perry the Platypus Theme song while the hunt was going on.
If you wanted to spend more money, you could bury miniature plastic Perrys instead. The tattoos were simple, affordable, and simple to hide and find. You could even get a moist sponge or paper towel and put them on after they found them if you wanted to.
You Are So Busted Balloon Pop
Candance loves to bust her brothers, so in her honor, we busted balloons. Warning: This takes a lot of effort to set up and is rather noisy! I inflated 30 latex balloons tightly and put them in rubbish bags until I needed them. When it was time for this game, I spread them out on the floor and instructed the kids to pop them by sitting on them.
And if they cleaned up the balloon bits afterward, they received a package of Phineas and Ferb fruit snacks. I also played the soundtrack’s Busted song over and over until they all popped.
Rocking Air Guitar Contest
We couldn’t host a celebration without music because the show contains so much wonderful music. So I held an ‘air guitar competition.’ I wasn’t expecting it to go over so well with the youngsters. I bought some really cool blow up guitars and simply played the soundtrack as they played the instruments.
We altered it up and added some frozen guitars in there as well. They were truly rocking and sliding around on the floor, performing their best moves, and everyone got to keep the guitar.
