Party Ideas
The party is well-organized and honors all parts of the little wooden boy’s story. A simple approach, using materials inspired by the book and movie, modernizes the story.
The colors utilized are white, red, blue, and yellow, all of which were created by Pinocchio himself. The decorations begin with plain, raw wood. Clear glass canisters house the treats.
I love how you used wooden slabs to showcase the cookie delights! Beverages were supplied in antique glass bottles with individualized labels. The striped straws add a lovely splash of color.
Party Decorations
Set up a puppet show with a puppet theater (like this one, or DIY one yourself for under $5) and some fun puppets. You could perform a show for the kids and then let the kids take over! Incorporate all the different settings that are in the story: the inside of a whale’s belly, a circus, and the wishing star. The kids will enjoy recognizing all these things from the movie!
