One of the many gatherings I’ve had the pleasure of organizing since the onset of the pandemic was this delightful Super Monster Theme Birthday Party. It was a cost-effective and immensely enjoyable celebration inspired by one of the beloved children’s movies on Netflix.
The party took on a casual, at-home family gathering style due to the ongoing shutdowns, but it was the little details that made it extraordinary for the young monster we were celebrating. I creatively fashioned balloon bunches, using white balloons to resemble eyes and adding black “pupils” drawn with a sharpie. Alternatively, black paper circles could be used. I even utilized one of these balloon creations as my son’s birthday party invitation.
